The Schedule...



September 12th - One TurboFire workout (Good for an intense cardio workout)

September 19th - One Hip Hop Abs workout (Good for abs & the fun dancer within you!)

September 26th - Trail run/jog (location TBA, at your own pace)

October 3rd - Slim in 6 (great program that's not aggressive)

October 10th - Brazil Butt Lift (The title says it all)

Join us on Mondays 6pm - Littleton Church of Christ

Prioritizing an active lifestyle is important especially for busy parents. It keeps us healthy & gives the energy we need to tackle the day. Being passionate about fitness, I'm making it my ministry to help & motivate others. Starting this evening, join me for a FREE & FUN group workout Monday evenings at 6pm. (Littleton Church of Christ in the Theater room.) Occasionally we can plan a small hike, walk, or jog to get outdoors as well. Contact me about child care if that is needed. So come bring your water, fellowship, and have some fitness FUN! Feel free to bring a friend!
