The Schedule...



September 12th - One TurboFire workout (Good for an intense cardio workout)

September 19th - One Hip Hop Abs workout (Good for abs & the fun dancer within you!)

September 26th - Trail run/jog (location TBA, at your own pace)

October 3rd - Slim in 6 (great program that's not aggressive)

October 10th - Brazil Butt Lift (The title says it all)
